Russell does a fabulous job of mowing our lawns. We have been using him for the last 7 years and he always leaves our lawns looking impeccable, well edged and a lush green. He goes beyond the regular snip, with fertilising the lawns seasonally and even repairing our sprinklers when they have been broken. I highly recommend Russell to anyone!

Russell has done an excellent job looking after our hedges and courtyard garden. He has also organised repairs to our reticulation. We are lucky to have his expertise.

I’m having an inspection for my house and have been working on our front garden, side way, parking area and the rear garden.Though I spent a lot of time and energy to make our gardens tidy, I could not find much progresses in gardens and I found a lot of things happening inside of the house as two kids were playing inside by themselves.The trouble is I can’t make the gardens tidy at night after kids went to bed.Therefore I searched “Jim’s Mowing’” on google map and gave a call straight away.The reception lady was really polite to non-native English speaker and she didn’t give me too much hope to get a mower on the day like some businesses do.However, I got an SMS while telling my details to the lady on the phone just after she requested someone to help me for the gardens on their network system.Then I got an SMS from a gardener 1 hour prior to his arrival and he was really open to my requests what was supposed to be done on the day and what was supposed not to.And the price was not cheap but very reasonable for the changes between “before” and “after”.Now I know why so many Jim’s mowing vehicles are running on the street in Australia.Thank you for the great work by the gardener, Patrick and the reliable supports by the call centre staff.

These people made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Rang the number and the lady kept asking for personal details even after I explained I didn't feel comfortable or safe to give out my address because she had my suburb and I just wanted a minimum asking price;how hard it it to say the absolute lowest going rate they have because I'm on disability and need to know if I can afford more than a quick mowI eventually caved and gave my address and she said the guy would call me back. Ash called me back 15 mins later and said he could be at my house in five minutes.I told him a dozen times that couldn't do that and he kept saying I can be there in 5 minutes". Didn't even ask if it was a good time for a callNever got a minimum price."
